Our Story

                       We are Nicole Deitz and Ana Lorena Ramos. We met while attending IE Business School to pursue our degrees in the Master in Management Program. As Latin women, from Mexico and Panama respectively, we come from societies where beauty and self-care are given high importance. Since children, we have been taught to take care of every aspect of our physical appearance, such as nails, hair, skin, and personal hygiene routines. As such, we found a huge gap in the market in Spain in trying to obtain beauty services as busy full-time students. Additionally, we found that services in beauty salons often did not meet our standards, for which we decided to begin our journey of the best professionals who catered to every person’s personal needs for their beauty up-keep. 

                       Before moving to Madrid, Nicole was a Beauty editor at Caras and beauty coordinator at Marie Claire, and worked in the public relations department at Aveda, as well as in the communication of the group's salon releases in Spain. Ana was a beauty and lifestyle editor at Harper's Bazaar and fashion coordinator at Elle, with previous Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications. Together, with our experience in beauty, marketing, and now in business administration, we decided to join forces and create My Glam Team. Our beauty services look to give a solution to women, like us, who are not only time-constrained but also are very adamant about who they allow to do their beauty routines and who they trust when looking for skin-care options. We have gathered the best professional, educated stylists in the market to revolutionize the way we see beauty and salons and garner to the needs of many women in society who find that they need new alternatives to beauty routines and prefer the comfort of their own homes. 

                       We constantly look for ways to improve and adapt, for which we will always take into consideration all of your insights and feedbacks as to what you, as a customer, would like to see from us.
